Description

Constructed from Atomic’s softer Polymer Flex material, the APF Jerk Minnow delivers enhanced movement and a more natural action, making it highly effective across a wide range of fishing applications.

The unique body design incorporates fluted sections through the tail, creating additional movement and vibration with even the slightest rod action. It can be rigged weightless for shallow water presentations, on a standard jig head for everyday lure fishing, or fished deeper around structure and offshore reefs. The neutral buoyancy of the APF material allows the lure to sink naturally and maintain a realistic presentation in deeper water, avoiding the unnatural sinks often associated with more buoyant TPE materials. The Jerk Minnow can be worked aggressively with sharp twitches and jerks or allowed to sit motionless on the bottom, imitating a worm or baitfish feeding in the sand or mud.

Its versatile design has also proven highly effective when trolled, with anglers successfully using larger models on species including southern bluefin tuna. With sizes ranging from the finesse-focused 2¾-inch model for bream and estuary species through to the larger 6-inch and 7-inch versions for jewfish, snapper and other powerful predators, the Atomic APF (Atomic Polymer Flex) Jerk Minnow offers a proven option for almost any lure fishing situation.
