The Bone Ocean Thug rods include light jigging models, fast pitch models, slow pitch models, light casting models, and popping rods. These rods are cross-wrapped at multiple angles with 100% Torayca carbon sheets, tested to extreme levels to ensure they can handle massive fish with confidence.

Slow Fall Series The Ocean Thug Slow Fall Series is designed to provide excellent recoil on each pitch, coupled with a stronger backbone and a softer tip. This allows the slow jigs to be worked gracefully and with maximum effect. With better stopping power, these rods can easily handle big fish in any environment. Available in three power ratings, the Ocean Thug Slow Fall models retain the signature multi-axis wrapping of the blanks, made from 100% Torayca carbon sheets. Each rod is equipped with Fuji Titanium Frame SIC guides, Fuji reel seats, and a forearm support for multi-angle pitching and maximum comfort in extreme conditions.

Jigging Series The Ocean Thug Jigging Series features standard jigging classes for most jigging situations. Specially designed for tropical thugs, this series features a reinforced blank that is perfectly balanced and lightweight. The blank uses multi-axis wrapping of 100% Torayca carbon sheets and is fitted with double foot Fuji SIC K-Guides and a Fuji reel seat for maximum durability.

Light Jigging Series The Ocean Thug Light Jigging models are designed for sensitivity when working with lighter jigs in shallower water. With a medium-fast action, these rods provide endless fun when targeting smaller reef species, yet retain the power to stop bigger fish when needed. Available in spin and overhead, the Light Jigging rods feature 100% Torayca graphite, Fuji SIC K-Frame guides, and a Fuji reel seat for comfort and durability.

Light Casting Series The Ocean Thug Light Casting models are designed for serious offshore lure casting, targeting hard-fighting tropical species such as trevally and sailfish. This series uses a reinforced 100% Torayca graphite blank that is balanced and light. Fuji double-footed K-guides provide ultimate strength and performance, while the three models cover every aspect needed for saltwater lure fishing.

Popping Series The Ocean Thug Popping series is aimed at the biggest GTs, tuna, mackerel, and wahoo on the planet. There are two models in the range specifically designed to cast and fish stick baits and poppers/chuggers. These rods use multi-axis 100% Torayca blanks to deliver exceptional performance. Fitted with Fuji SIC double-footed guides and Fuji reel seats, these rods are made to be worked hard and perform at an elite level.
