Extremely lightweight microfiber is used in combination with breathable polyester panels rating an UPF/SPF 50+. We use moisture wicking fabric as a sweat band and a toggle at the back which can reduce the circumference of the hat by 2.5cm.

The flaps on our hats are designed to cover the temples and are cut quite long to protect the sides and back of the neck. Total weight 50gms only.
