This Elite high calorie meal is light to carry and provides tasty, fast nourishing food for adventure with authentic spicy rice and freeze-dried chicken with vegetables, almond flakes and a yoghurt sauce to mix.

Preparation & Nutrition:Regular
- Serves per pack 1. Net weight 175g. Serving Size 610g one prepared. Preparation: Remove yoghurt pack. Add 63 ml (¼ Cup) of cold water to yoghurt pack, shake o mix. Add 375 ml (1½ Cups) of boiling water to meal pouch. Stir and stand for 10-15 minutes.
